MDS Medical Device Solutions AG has been active in medical technology since 1996.

We provide services in consultancy, engineering and production and assist you in the certification of your product. We will implement your idea into a marketable product.

From your idea to the finished product - a monolithic system!

Starting with project definition, project organisation with requirement catalogue and creation of specifications.

The next step is engineering and searching for various solutions, evaluation, risk assessments and even patenting, if required.

A further step is the production of prototypes or function samples. We also create a Risk Evaluation for you and define improvement measures.

The agreed measures are continuously monitored and reassessed individually.

A next step is tool production, with validation and documentation. The production of parts, in this case plastic syringes and assembly work, is also conducted with verification, qualification and certification.

Finally, cleasing and packaging is carried out, in a clean room, if necessary.
